Kira Beth
I was born to be a songwriter. My Dad likes to tell the story of his two year old daughter in the back seat of the car demanding classical music on the radio. I can remember writing my first snippets of musical compositions at the age of five. When I was nine years old, the junior choir at church performed my song “A Christmas Song of Light” at the Christmas Eve services. From there on out, I was writing and performing music like “no one’s business”. I spent two years playing double bass with the Miami Symphony Orchestra, and along the way also performed with Andrea Bocelli and Time for Three. Now living in the great city of Nashvegas, I am co-writing with great people and learning more and more each day about the power of music and a well-written song.
Bittersweet is my first major release as a singer/songwriter. All of the songs on the album were intentionally placed in a specific order and crafted with a very fun indie pop feel. This album reflects who I am as an individual, artist, and songwriter. A true masterpiece of sound art! Let the music inspire you and please remember to share the experience with those around you.
